3. Account Requirements

To purchase and receive products, you must provide a valid email address and GitHub username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Yoco). Prices are listed in USD. You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will be automatically invited to the relevant private GitHub repository. Delivery is considered complete upon invitation. It is your responsibility to accept the invitation.

6. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of LaraBoxed. Your purchase grants a license to use the code under the terms of the applicable License Agreement.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, to redistribute source code, or in violation of the License Agreement.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LaraBoxed does not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

LaraBoxed's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

LaraBoxed reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
